Warrendale, PA: WE-EF LIGHTING USA is proud to announce the selection of the FLC200 LED Series in the 2017 IES Progress Report. This acceptance highlights the significant technological advancements of the luminaire in the North American market.
The IES Progress Committee strives to “keep in touch with developments in the art and science of lighting throughout the world, and prepare a yearly review of achievements for the Illuminating Engineering Society.” All applicants for the Progress Report must demonstrate “progress within the industry.” Due to increasing submittals, judges have to be extra critical in the review and acceptance of all entries.
The selection of the FLC200 LED Series is due, in part, to the delivered 2400-16700 lumen packages and the widest range of beam distributions in its class. The superb glare control and high luminous efficiency of the series offer planners considerable creative freedom. The FL200 LED Series is available in 3000K/4000K white or RGBW. The FLC230 LED is also available with Zoom, GOBO or Framing Spot.
The 2017 IES Progress Report Committee released its selections on 12 August 2017. All accepted submissions are available for viewing in the November 2017 edition of LD+A Magazine and on the IES website at www.ies.org.
